KMK opened its doors in 1997, a small sheet metal fabricator located in Carlyle, IL, before shifting to our larger, present-day facility in Trenton, IL to accommodate for the company’s growth. We’ve since continued to add new capabilities and equipment to the roster, with the most recent acquisition being a nitrogen generator to support our laser cutting operations. KMK fabricates a variety of different products for our clients. Much of our expertise is in projects like custom enclosures, metal store fixtures, unique carts and racks for hospitality or medical use, and even aftermarket automotive components. We make each part in-house, whether it requires wire, tubing, sheet metal, or a combination of those three according to customer specs, and perform any welding, mechanical assembly, or powder coating in-house on request as well. 
However, we also often take on overflow fabrication needs from our OEM partners. Our clients come to us for support on individual operations or full fabrication of their products during a busy season or an unexpected increase in demand, and we make what they need.
